[11u] Please push outstanding changes 8255992 and 8210495 before freeze

Currently, there are only two change pending for 11u-dev: [1][2].
Could you please push these changes before the freeze?  
Else you will need to redo them as git pull 
requests for 11.0.13, or flag them as jdk11u-critical-request.
