[11u] : SAP terminates solaris sparc support.

Dear community,

SAPs Java Team will terminate its building and testing of
the solaris sparc platform in jdk11 and jdk11u-dev after 11.0.12.

As maintainer of 11u, we gave our best to keep this platform
up to date.  Unfortunately, as it is no more supported in head,
more and more changes need adaptions to this platform increasing
the work required to maintain the platform. E.g. the harfbuzz
update [1] does not compile with our toolchain. Other changes [2][3][4]
exist only in Oracle's closed sources. To properly maintain Solaris in
open 11u, we would need to debug and fix such issues ourselves. As we don't
use the platform productively, this is out of scope for us. Therefore,
some changes are already missing in 11.0.12.

Further, interest in this platform seems low.

Therefore we will terminate our active support of this
platform. Naturally, we will support anybody taking
care of the platform.
