[jdk16u] Integrated: 8261916: gtest/GTestWrapper.java vmErrorTest.unimplemented1_vm_assert failed

The patch for this JDK-16u backport of JDK-8261916 applied cleanly and was regression tested with Mach5 tiers 1-2 on Linux, Mac OS, and Windows, and Mach5 tiers 3-5 on Linux x64.
