RFR [jdk11]: 8215009: GCC 8 compilation error in libjli

Hello , please review the jdk11 backport of   8215009: GCC 8 compilation error in libjli  .

The patch mostly applies cleanly.  However on macOS  the file name java_md_macosx.c   is different from the file name in jdk/jdk .
