[jdk13u-dev] RFR: 8231118: ARM32: Math tests failures

Hi!

I'd like to backport fixes for Math test failures happens on Raspberry Pi 4 running Raspbian OS 10 ("buster").  The patch applies cleanly.  Tests show failure without the patch and success after the patch.  
Tested: tier1 Rpi4
