May I have a review of this backport to 11u:

This is almost a clean backport except a minor change in 
p11-nss-sensitive.txt. The original patch tests SHA3 algorithms in SunPKCS11, 
a new feature implemented in JDK16 (JDK-8242332).

Again, this patch needs to be merged after JDK-8254717 backport.
