[11u reminder]: jdk 11.0.12 rampdown starts Tuesday, June 1st, 18:00 CET.

Hi,

I would like to remind everybody who is working on jdk 11 updates
that rampdown of 11.0.12 starts next Tuesday, June 1st, at 18:00 CEST.

At that point in time the last merge from jdk11u-dev to jdk11u
will take place.  Please push all changes you want to get to 11.0.12
before that date.

After that, changes for 11.0.12 must be requested with
jdk11u-critical-request tags, and they need to be pushed
directly to jdk11u.

Please also remember that 11.0.13 development will be
in the git repository https://github.com/openjdk/jdk11u-dev.
Kindly allow a bit of additional time for pushing the
11.0.13+0 tag and the version update change 8267695.

Critical changes for 11.0.12 still must be pushed to
the well-known mercurial repo.
