Copyright Issues : JDK11 - GPLv2 is present but Classpath exception is missing

Hi Archana,

as I've found out now, the two files were modified due to a bug in rename detection in the/my Windows git client. I can reproduce this. I checked and compared with a backport done on a Linux git client and found out that it's only about the two files reported by you.

I've filed JDK-8277815 [0] to repair this and already opened the PR. Thanks for spotting this.
