CFV: New JDK Updates Committer: Lutz Schmidt

[Lindenmaier, Goetz]

I hereby nominate Lutz Schmidt (lucy)[1] to JDK Updates Project Committer.

Lutz is a long-time member of the SAP JVM team and reviewer in
the JDK project. He is a compiler expert, especially for the s390
and ppc platforms. He downported a considerable amount of changes[4]
and it is about time to make him jdk-updates Committer.

Votes are due by Tuesday, Oct 12, 2021, 18:00 CET.
