[jdk15u-dev] RFR: 8273935: (zipfs) Files.getFileAttributeView() throws UOE instead of returning null when view not supported

I'd like to backport it to 15 where this issue exists, too. Applies perfectly barring a comma in copyright.  All zipfs tests pass OK.
