Bots for backports down?

Hi,

my recent backports have not been handled by the bots:
https://github.com/openjdk/jdk17u-dev/pull/616
https://github.com/openjdk/jdk11u-dev/pull/1294

Is this issue known already?
Could someone please have a look?
