[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8284535: Fix PrintLatinCJKTest.java test that is failing with Parse Exception

I backport this for parity with 11.0.17-oracle.

I had to adapt the String literal in PrintLatinCJKTest.java to Java 11 syntax.
