Hi, as I've already [commented in the 17u-dev PR](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk17u-dev/pull/931#issuecomment-1327366600), this would be fixed with backporting [JDK-8287254](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8287254), something we could/should consider independently.
