17u build tags

Hi Rob, 

Yes, for 17.0.2 it's all fine and 17.0.3+ will be done by
us new maintainers.

I was referring to

I thought you were referring to future updates repos 
like jdk18u / 19u etc.
I would appreciate a lot if we could at least see
the version bumps in the open. I guess you already
pushed the 18.0.1 version bump somewhere internally,
so next chance maybe is 19.0.1?
