[jdk15u-dev] RFR: 8262134: compiler/uncommontrap/TestDeoptOOM.java failed with "guarantee(false) failed: wrong number of expression stack elements during deopt"

clean backport for parity with major releases.
With debug builds, hotspot/jtreg/runtime all pass.
Requiring a follow-up for the test in the release build.
