Copyright Issue founds : JDK19 - GPLv2 is present but Classpath exception is missing

Hi,

We have found the copyright issues in JDK19.
These following files has GPLv2 present, but Classpath exception is missing.

  *   make/data/autoheaders/assemblyprefix.h
  *   src/java.base/share/native/libjava/Continuation.c

Please if someone can help us to fix this.
