[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8246741: NetworkInterface/UniqueMacAddressesTest: mac address uniqueness test failed

I backport this because it fixes a test failure we see on mac aarch.
I had to remove the record from the test UniqueMacAddressesTest.java
