[jdk18u] Integrated: 8281771: Crash in java_lang_invoke_MethodType::print_signature

Backport of fix for JDK-8281771 to JDK-18u.  The patch applied cleanly and was tested with Mach5 tiers 1-2 and by running the crashing test locally.
