[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8272094: compiler/codecache/TestStressCodeBuffers.java crashes with "failed to allocate space for trampoline"

I backport this for parity with 17.0.6-oracle.

Follow up for 8270947.
I dropped the changes to the ProblemList, the tests are not on the list in 17.
Will mark as clean.
