[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8237834: com/sun/jndi/ldap/LdapDnsProviderTest.java failing with LDAP response read timeout

This is a backport of [JDK-8237834](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8237834).  
The reported bug is reproducible in 11u and needs to be backported.

This backport is clean.
