[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8316392: compiler/interpreter/TestVerifyStackAfterDeopt.java failed with SIGBUS in PcDescContainer::find_pc_desc_internal

I backport this for parity with 21.0.3-oracle.

I omitted the change to the ProblemList as the test is not problem listed there.  Will mark as clean.
