I only became aware of [JDK-8320252](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8320252) now, even though it was linked to JDK-8310031 4 weeks ago already. It's a little unfortunate that one does not receive notifications for changes in the links. I asked Ops about it...
Anyway: I'll open a new pr for 21u-dev.
