[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8297088: Update LCMS to 2.14

I backport this for parity with 11.0.19-oracle from 17.

Adapting the paths from /scirpt-dir/ to /jquery/ makes the biggest 
part apply clean.  I had to resolve one chunk.

Also, I added the edit to the additional test that is in 11.
