JSR 384 (Java SE 11) Maintenance Release 2 posted to jcp.org

Maintenance Release 2 of JSR 384 which includes updates to the specification,
RI, and TCK is available here:

These changes extend Unicode support for GB 18030-2022 and add the system
property "java.specification.maintenance.release".

Oracle will begin PR reviews to contribute the MRel changes to the next OpenJDK 11
release soon.
