Goetz Lindenmaier has updated the pull request incrementally with two additional commits since the last revision:

 - Update ProblemList.txt properly
 - Update ProblemList.txt
   
   Remove this change bugID from ProblemList. 
   Also remove 8286045 which is already backported to 17
