What happened to  EmSignRootG2CA.java  from  https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/commit/0bda467f6e29c866c661e88a76a9fe3efc0a0d19  ?

And is there a reason to have 10 files in the change ? Is it 2 backports in one, if so why ?
