[21u Communication] 21.0.2 will be closed for fixes on the 27th of November

Hi Rob,

I just saw that my last commit https://github.com/openjdk/jdk21u/commit/ab7380e2d9d3c340120bf9c41029c334c809291e to jdk21u went in after the 27th of November. Can you please let me know whether it made it to the 21.0.2 release or not? Also, if it didn't make it, what is the last commit for 21.0.2?

Further questions:
Can you change the configuration of 21u to attribute further commits to 21.0.3?
Will you continue to approve backports for 21 until the new maintainer is appointed and within their powers?
