[21u Communication] 21.0.2 will be closed for fixes on the 27th of November

Quick update: we have had an unusual critical approval. Since we're going to bring that fix in I've discussed it with the team and we're going to bring in any commit that was pushed in the interim. (this includes https://github.com/openjdk/jdk21u/commit/ab7380e2d9d3c340120bf9c41029c334c809291e)

Once this has been pushed I'll update you with the new (ahem) final commit for 21.0.2.
