[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8299207: [Testbug] Add back test/jdk/java/awt/Graphics2D/DrawPrimitivesTest.java

I backport this for parity with 17.0.8-oracle.

To get the test passing I had to unplug the second monitor on my mac.
