[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8324733: [macos14] Problem list tests which fail due to macOS bug described in JDK-8322653

Backport of [JDK-8324733](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8324733)
- Manually merged the `ProblemList.txt` file
- This file can be `considered as Clean`
  - the only difference with the original commit is the base line number are different
  - contents are exactly the same

Testing
- Local: Test passed
  - confirmed these 3 tests are failing on MacOS 14.4.1
  - BTW the `SelectNewItemTest.java` does not exist in `jdk11u-dev` yet
