BasicFileAttributeView/CreationTime.java still failing after 8337038.

Hi Sendao,

we still see this test failing with the same error as reported in 8337038.
Last appearance is in jdk17u after the latest tag, which includes 8337038.

I think we should assure the tests are not run in parallel.
Would main/othervm be a better mode to run them?
