I hereby nominate Alexey Bakhtin (abakhtin) [1] for the role of OpenJDK Updates Project Reviewer.
Alexey has worked in the Azul JDK Team since 2016 and
has contributed over 100 OpenJDK commits [2][3][4][5][6].
Alexey is a Committer in the JDK, JDK Updates, and JDK8 Updates Projects and a Member of the 
Vulnerability Group [7].
