[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8276796: gc/TestSystemGC.java large pages subtest fails with ZGC

I backport this for parity with 11.0.23-oracle.
Backport for JDK-8269077 and JDK-8276796,
for JDK-8269077, it's clean, as CMS test is remain in this file, only modify the '@test id=CMS', other added parts are clean.
