[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8318696: Do not use LFS64 symbols on Linux

Backport 8318696, os_linux.cpp missed 8314021 (os::Linux:sendfile) so one part of the change from jdk-dev was not needed in 21. Otherwise clean backport.
