[23u Communication] 23.0.1 will be closed for fixes on the 23rd of July

Hi Rob,

thanks for the hint.

23rd of July seems very early for October fixes. I would rather expect something more close to the end of August. For OpenJDK updates we also start the ramp down only then. So, can't this date (and future ones to come) not be moved further along?
