[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8249772: (ch) Improve sun/nio/ch/TestMaxCachedBufferSize.java

I backport this for parity with 11.0.25-oracle.
ProblemList.txt not contains TestMaxCachedBufferSize.java, so there's nothing to remove.
