Hi folks,

Apple’s final release of the 14.4 update to macOS 14 Sonoma causes some Java applications on Apple silicon systems (M1/M2/M3) to
terminate unexpectedly. The issue is not present on Intel-based systems, and it affects all supported Java releases.
