Hi @jia-wei-tang 
Are you targeting the October release?  This backport will got to jdk21u-dev and thus only make the January release.

If you target the October release you must make a PR against jdk21u and flag it jdk21u-critical-request.

But maybe it is more safe to backout 8330146 from the October release?  Can you
