[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8335172: Add manual steps to run security/auth/callback/TextCallbackHandler/Password.java test

I backport this for parity with 21.0.6-oracle.

I omitted the changes to test/jdk/ProblemList.txt and test/jdk/ProblemList.txt as the test never was listed there.
