[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8353549: Open source events tests batch2

Backporting JDK-8353549: Open source events tests batch2. Adds five mouse event tests (dragging and clicking, with additional conditions). Ran GHA Sanity Checks, local Tier 1 and 2, and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
