thanks for the helpful discussion.
the normal way to bring this to the awareness of the approvers again is to re-issue the approval request.
You can either repeat the /approval command (include the comment again, or even improve the comment).
If you have JBS access you can also re-add the *-fix-request label directly to the JBS issue.
Before that, please re-open the PR.

I'll leave this to Severin to decide, though.
