GHA failure:
1. windows: Error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
2. linux: gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
3. linux: Failed to connect to github.com port 443 after 135443 ms: Connection timed out

All unrelated, but starting rerun to be 100% sure.
