Note that you can request maintainer approval using the [approval command](https://wiki.openjdk.org/display/SKARA/Pull+Request+Commands#PullRequestCommands-/approval) without needing access to the bug database yourself. This also makes it easier for the maintainer by keeping everything in one place on the pull request. Also, changes should be reviewed before requesting approval.
