[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8343074: test/jdk/com/sun/net/httpserver/docs/test1/largefile.txt could be generated

I backport this for parity with 17.0.17-oracle.
This is based on the push to 21.

Resolved imports in test/lib/jdk/test/lib/Asserts.java, might be clean.
