[jdk17u] RFR: 8359170: Add 2 TLS and 2 CS Sectigo roots

I backport this for parity with 17.0.17-oracle.

As always with cert updates to 17, I needed to adapt the file location of the cert files and adapt the hash in the test.

New tests pass, but CAInterop.java#teliasonerarootcav1 fails as it also does without this change.
