[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8344671: Few JFR streaming tests fail with application not alive error on MacOS 15

I backport this because we see these issues regularly in our IR.

Omitted the change to the ProblemList because the tests are not listed in 17.
Will be clean once I make it depend on the push to 21.
