[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8313083: Print 'rss' and 'cache' as part of the container information

I backport this for parity with 21.0.9-oracle.

I had to add code of later change https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8302744, because that was already backported. 
The changes of JDK-8302744 to the two new changes were omitted.
