[jdk24u] RFR: 8351382: New test containers/docker/TestMemoryWithSubgroups.java is failing

Hi all,

This pull request contains a clean backport of [46b3d1d8](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/commit/46b3d1d8cfd03e01d993be19d725cdbcafef7865) from the [openjdk/jdk](https://git.openjdk.org/jdk).
The commit being backported was authored by @sercher on 18 Mar 2025 and was reviewed by @jerboaa and @dholmes-ora.

It fixes the new test added by [JDK-8343191](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8343191) in rootless docker and podman environments.
