[jdk11u-dev] RFR: 8350498: Remove two Camerfirma root CA certificates

A clean backport of [JDK-8350498](https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8350498) from 17 that removes to root CA certificates from Camerfirma that are not longer active.

Tested on Linux with tier1 tests and:
