[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8352686: Opensource JInternalFrame tests - series3

Backporting JDK-8352686: Opensource JInternalFrame tests - series3. Open sources  four JInternalFrame tests. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
